A little confused about this switch mod

Propably is a SPDT toggle switch...

Another thing I'm confused about,is the "Instant Attack Mod".He has the original value 100k going to the switch,and a 180ohm to the other side.He said lowering R20 would quicken the attack.Why would you use a 180ohm res.? Couldn't you lower it to 47k,or somewhere around there?

Sorry but I can't discern any R20 or 180R resistor..
