Rob, after seeing your enclosure etch video.. I was finally brave enough, too.. If you can do everything with one hand (filming and etching) I can probably make it work with two

the mythbusters used tomato/taco/chilli sauce/paste/salsa in an early series as the electrolyte, and ate through prison bars with a cassette player tx. (and rectifier, was the catch. Adam is still locked-in.)
