I've been putting together the parts to start the GGG Neutron project and I've located everything I need except the 15uF non-polarized capacitor.  Does anyone know where to get one of these?

Thanks in advance for the help.

It's just for the output cap, so the value isn't too critical and 10u or 22u will be fine.
As an alternative, you could use 2 polarised 33u caps in series anode-to-anode (or vice versa) to make a non-polarised 16.5u cap (close enough as these caps often have +/- 20% tolerance. However, this isn't going to fit on the existing layout very nicely.
While the bipolar supply means that the circuit side of the cap will be at ~0V, a polarised cap will likely survive here for a long time.

Its a cable TV splitter, no idea how long it was mounted outside my house.

Thanks samhay, that's super helpful.  I'll try going with the 10u.

Mouser sells non polar Nichicon electrolytics FYI.  Sucks to place small orders with them tho (min ship cost is high).  Other places should stock those (or other brands) - but I don't think the usual suspects (Sm Bear/Tayda) do.  There's a couple local parts shops to me where I can get them for example.
