LFO Clicking in a Tremolo

well, I can tell you that an npn in the pin1 - 10uF - pin8 loop works. (I had collector against pin 8, but it seems to work equally both ways.) it needs at least 33k in series w/ the base, and fed from a 50k pot over 10k to ground, fed from a voltage follower on the end of your favourite oscillator (which will also drive a rate led).

BUT - there is a big whump feeds through the 386 at high depth settings. a big whump. take that as a warning, but you can get VERY helicopter sounds as well, and the silly tremmed distortion from the 386.

I'll test it out soon, but for now I may have settled on moving away from the 386. :( I am on a bit of a time crunch at the moment, but will have more time to tinker soon!
