I got a tokai delay here, it is so close to arion and boss DM2, you know mn3205 and sa571n and mn3102...
It works nice, but the repetitions are a bit dirty...and the trimmers got untouched, nobody tried to get more time out of it. if I turn down the time trimmer, still have dirty repeats...Is there any way I can get rid of that!? I am so ignorant about analog delays, first time I put my iron on one of them!!!

You could give them a wash :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin:

Possibly due to Bias Trim not in correct setting - turning from side to side should produce no delay/distorted delay/clear delay (correct) then distorted delay/no delay.

That's part of the charm of the Tokai delay :)

Actually, there's a PCB error on the TDL1 that affects the filtering of the repeats. There was a thread where someone helped me with that a long, long time ago (10+ years!) with the pertinent info.
