where can i get a pcb mount jack the same as ?

hi guys, i',m sure one of you pcb mount'ists will know where to find one of these 1/4'' mono little buggers..

ive found similar ones, but the lugs are on the opposite sides/way round....

as you can see the lugs were snapped off,  . its for a mono socket on a 90's synth i just bought..

i may take one of the others off and put it in place for now to get it up n running
but i would rather just find a proper one really..
