Rebote delay mod question

On this schem: https://app.teamsupport.com/wiki/justarticle.aspx?Organizationid=493740&ArticleID=28227 I would like to put two additional 3pdt foot switches for quickly increasing the volume and amount of the repeats. What would be the smartest/simpliest place to put the additional resistances? Trimmers to the ground side of the volume and repeats pots?

Sorry, what I meant was the other footswitch increases the loudness of the repeats and the other affects the number of the repeats.
