Eagle says no errors on electrical rule check when there is? Anyone else?

Only thing I can think is at some stage I hit 'Clear All' on the errors window?  Does this mean they are ignored from there on out?  I don't normally click it.  Anyway to correct this as now I'm wandering around the board looking for faint yellow lines sadly, is what it is.

go back to schematic, click ERC

this will reset/ re-tell you the errors..
