Hmm... I'm guessing I could write some code in about an hour to auto download every pdf there. Am I being bad? :)

I like to be bad sometimes so if you could send the code when you are ready...

Buncha lotsa stuff indeed.  Largest collection I've ever seen in one place.  Needed a Boss HM-2 schematic the other day, they had the factory service manual.  Pretty cool!

Ye-ouch!  I'll just leave it on the site.  Hopefully it stays up for the indefinite future.

Yeah, Down Them All is Pure Magic. Been using it for years now, and it's the sole reason I never favored Chrome or Safari or those other irrelevant browsers. And you can selective download only what you want using filters and wildcards. I think it even supports Regular Expressions.

If you're on Linux or Mac, you can also use a native command line tool called wget - no installation needed!
There's a wget for Windows also, but on Windows you'll have to install it.
This site has instructions on how to install it on Windows and use it on all plattforms.
