Hi everybody,
who can help me?
I would to build a tube bass preamp (from Alembic F2B) with these specifications:

Gain
Led Clip
Bass
Lo Mid & Hi Mid (or Freq pot and Mid)
Treble
Master
Led Power On
Mute switch
+
XLR D.I. output
Pre/post EQ switch
Tuner out (active also in mute mode)

All components must be in pcb (resistors, capacitors, tube, pots, input jack, switches, leds,....no XLR jack, tuner jack and output jack)!!!!
Please, who wants to help me in this project? There's nothing similar already exsisting....and for me it's a good project

Welcome.

Do you really require tubes?  If not, then check out the late Albert Kreuzer's bass preamp.

ok thanks!
it's a good solution!!!
But:
1. it had not XLR output
2. pre/post switch works also for output main (i want only for XLR output)
3. it had not lo+hi MID

Adding an XLR output would be just a case of adding another simple building block.  Do a search: deadastronaut posted a preamp design not so long ago which had a balanced output.  You could steal that.  And Albert's design has the EQ pretty much as a self-contained sub-circuit (which is switchable in/out in his design).  You could easily substitute a four-band EQ for the current three-band version.

You sure are asking a lot, with some awfully specific requirements. Have you tried working out a design yourself? I'm sure you'd get some input on a partial design.
You'll probably need to design the pcb yourself (or contract it out if you don't have those skills). Can I ask why you require all components to be board mounted? Unless they are all on the same mounting plane or are floating (no hard mounting to the chassis, only supported by the pcb), then you're just asking for trouble.

Take a look at the Frog Tube Preamp (there is a thread here already on it) http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=114502.msg1064122#msg1064122  It may fit many if not all of your requirements and it will fit into a normal size pedal enclosure.  I am the designer.  The website for the board is:  frogpedals.com.  There is also a facebook page, lookup frogpedals.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks.

I've been noncommittally looking into a bass preamp as well, I really like the look of yours and I think I shall try it out. Thanks for sharing!
