I've soldered up a Delyk Meathead on the Delyk PCB, and I'm testing it with the Delyk effect tester.  When I engage the pedal, I get fuzz, but I also get a severe volume drop.

Here is the checklist to fill out:
1.What does it do, not do, and sound like?
Fuzz is fine.  Volume is dropping 20-30 dB

2.Name of the circuit = Delyk Meathead

3.Source of the circuit (URL of schematic or project) =

Delyk PCB

4.Any modifications to the circuit? Y or N

No

5.Any parts substitutions? If yes, list them.

None

6.Positive ground to negative ground conversion? Y or N

No

7.Turn your meter on, set it to the 10V or 20V scale. Remove the battery from the battery clip. Probe the battery terminals with the meter leads before putting it in the clip. What is the out of circuit battery voltage? =>

9.4 V (wall wart power)

Voltage at the circuit board end of the positive battery lead = 9.4 V

Voltage at the circuit board end of the negative battery lead = 0 V

Q1 (2N3904)
C =1.46
B =0.62
E =0.10

Q2 (BC182L)
C=4.72
B=1.46
E=0.84

I haven't the slightest idea about "Delyk" but I suspect that something is going wrong with tester's impedance..
(your transistor voltages seem to be fine..)

My suspicion is also that the issue is with the tester.  I was getting strange results with another board I tried with it.

I'll try breadboarding the jacks and power to the circuit and see what happens.
