4 post wah pot for halifax z fuzz/wah 100k?

have an old halifax z fuzz wah ( late 60s, early 70s) has a 4 post wah pot ( should be 100k?) any ideas on where to get ? all im finding is 3 post and 6 post stereo pots

would you also have or know a proper replacement for the volume control? on the side of the unit . far as i know ill try a couple different rotary switches. what do you think?
