Installing true bypass switch in EX Small Stone Phaser - PROBLEM

Greetings! I have installed a true bypass switch into my brother's EX Small Stone phaser. The problem? The bypass is clean, but when I hit the switch, all I get is a big volume drop and no effect sound. I looked at schematics, and I looked for other threads regarding this mod...and clearly I failed somewhere.

I created a before-and-after diagram of the physical wiring. Please, could someone take a look and provide guidance as to what I did wrong, and what I might do to correct the problem? Thanks!
