Ive tried to build this

Its a really loud and awesome sounding fuzz love the crakling.

But cant get much range from the pot.    All the way down it has no output.  and even if i so much as just touch the pot it starts to scream at about 1/10 a turn its tooo loud.      Ive tried a bigger pot (100k) and a  Smaller pot (20k) it behaves the same.    Ive built it exactly to this layout.

Has anybody else built this here.   Did you have the same observation?

Is your POT 100K-B(Linear) or 100K-A(Log)?

Based on what you've said, I assume you're using a Linear POT, where-as in most situation the level output usually a logarithmic.

It will have the same overall function but the volume change will be much smoother.
