J201 Pinout

Could someone give me the pinout of a J201, the NTE cross with its pinouts is wrong for the J201 but correct for the cross.

This means that J201 pinout is different than the NTE part pinout

NTE458(DGS)=J201(DSG)

I have screwed up a lot of pedals a while back because of this.  I use the NTE Cross Reference Books and sometimes you will find mistakes!  This is not the first one that I have found.
