I always used to use DIY Layout Creator but in the last year or so I've got tired of etching my own boards (I know, when a man is tired of etching his own boards, he is tired of life...) so I've started using online web-based layout software, EasyEDA.com

I've only done a couple of simple boards - a fuzz face with voltage converter for positive ground and on board pots, and a SD Pickup Booster, but they came out fine and were pretty cheap. Still learning about how to use the library though - my FF works fine but the pot holes are a little  small and I'm cramming germanium transistors into a tiny silicon tranny footprint!

Seems intuitive though, and I like that it's online so I can work on projects wherever I am.
