Wiring help please.

Would some kind soul please redraw or edit this pic removing the battery clip?  My project will have 9v jack only.  I know it's pretty simple but want to get it right the first try.

Also, do I really need a stereo input since ommiting the battery?  Thanks for any help!

I also recommend you change the switch wiring slightly - that version is unnecessarily complicated. Below saves one solder joint and one less opportunity to melt the switch. Note the brown ground connections.

Hey guys,

Thank you so very much! I'm sure I could've figured out the battery thing since I used to be electrician, but that was years ago, my feeble mind has forgotten a few things. It was mainly the switch that had me irked. ... I've always had a problem wiring switches with this many lugs, I have a feeling many people do. Anyway thanks  very much for the help , and especially the tip on the switch wiring.

By the way, what code did you use the post that picture without it being just a link?
