Hello I built a ibanez ts808 yesterday I played with it for few hours and there wasnt anything wrong with it, today I went to boxing it to a 1590b and because of having tiny workspace I dropped circuit board and then It started having muddy and fuzzy like distortion with increased volume. First I tried unboxing it and checked everything for short, soldered new transistors changed IC , changed diodes and its still muddy. Can a resistor cause this type of problem?

Depending on the level of your soldering skill, I'd wonder if an iffy solder joint gave way.  Also, depending on the quality of your board, I'd wonder if you cracked a trace with all that mechanical shock.  Try wiggling every part to see if something moves even a slight bit.

I checked traces with multimeter everything seems fine, maybe damage can be only seen under a microscope, I'm going to build a new board as it looks like this will take less time than fixing this.
