470k resistors on Tonepad's Ross Comp

Hello! What are the 470k resistors (Ra & Rb) on Tonepad's version of the Ross Compressor used for? I used 510k resistors instead because I didn't have any 470k. This should probably not make a noticable difference because it's such a small jump, but I'd still like to know what they're used for, in case I have to fault diagnose the circuit or something later.

Those resistors bias Q1 and are the primary determiners of input impedance. Your substitution shouldn't make any noticeable difference. Good luck with the build!
