EA Tremolo debugging help

Built the improved EA tremolo, sounds good but...... I only have adjustment of the speed pot from 8 to 10, the first 80% does nothing :?  Any ideas on how to get better control?  Any help is appreciated

Are you using a linear taper pot? Try an anti-log (reverse audio) taper instead. That's usually what causes your problem.

I built one of these a while ago, needs 100k reverse log (C100k).  Also, if i remember correctly, if you want more depth you can play around with the 68k resistor going from depth pot to ground. Doesn't get particularly choppy but you can squeeze a bit more depth out of it if you so wish
