An update around here.

I discovered that the "dirt" comes from the weak power supply (7.4v).
Replaced, and dirt problem solved...

I tried a few modulation add ons in protoboard, but nothing gives a good modulation.
Maybe it's uncompatible with the schematic design.

I want to add the oscillation switch, and I'll back to see what's the deal with the values recommended.

How can I add a Led that start to turn on/blink when it sature or oscillate??

And where I have to switch to kill dry signal?
R7 ??
