Anyone?

Newer version:

I would like to know who wants more boost to push a super-ultra-saturated fuzz pedal  ???
Maybe it's some kind of treble boost, that really improve some dark fuzz's.
To you, buffered bypass sucks tone.
To me, it sucks my balls.

"Boost" functions are handy for setting two different output levels from an overdrive pedal.  It may just result in a little more grind from your amplifier, but it doesn't HAVE to.

You're right Mark.
But, if you look closer, you can switch the boost before or after the OD.
As I can ear, this one is more a wild fuzz than an overdrive  :o

Re-ordering things is a welcome function I see more and more these days.

While boost-before-drive certainly CAN be used to send an overdrive into total saturation, it doesn't have to be used that way.  The player can set the overdrive for a milder grind, and then use the pre-boost to add juuuuussssst a little more teeth to the tone for solos.

Sure..!
I think the "grain" in this one is very abrupt, and you haven't too much 'low' gain range.
I'll try to bradboard it, and see how it goes.

As you say in the old thread; no clipping, maybe to crank over an already hot amp.
