Big Muff Green Russian with Mids Control - debugging

I need your help.

1.Name of the project: Big Muff Green Russian with Mids Control

3.I used C549B transistors, 470pF capacitors instead of 500pF and B250k pot for Mids.
4.Problem: There's just clean sound of the bass guitar and loud high pitch noise. No fuzz at all.
5.So far I:
a. checked connections, resistors' and capacitors' codes
b. measured voltages:
Q1: C-7.49; B-0.62; E-0.047
Q2: C-7.42; B-0.62; E-0.049
Q3: C-7.30; B-0.58; E-0.011
Q4: C-7.68; B-0.96; E-0.386

Any ideas what might be wrong?

You were right about the transistors. They were backwards. I feel stupid.
Now there's fuzz and all but I still get some high pitch noise...

I mean, not the connections: just the small shortcuts between them.
I'm 99% sure that the noise comes from that.

I've cleaned that and the noise is gone.
