Taptation noise issue : Clock noise on truebypass

I made a dual tap delay with Taptation (Tap tempo kit for PT2399 circuit).

Delay circuit is Multiplex jr. from 1776 Effects.

I used the modulation of the Multiplex jr., and the modulation of the Taptation was muted.

Made pair of Multiplex jr. + taptation and applied truebypass switch each circuit,
and made to send the same signal to each taptation circuit with one 3pdt momentary switch.
It was aimed to mix two delay circuits by setting different subdivisions in the same clock tempo.

As a result, it worked perfectly for my intended use. And sounds also very good.
But there's just one trouble. there's a clock noise when I bypass it.
It ticks according to the input tempo. Even though it is true bypass!!


Below is the pedal and the layout that I made. Where can I find the cause?

When configuring the power supply, only the main smoothing capacitor was applied and did not load independently into each circuit.
Is this the cause?
Or is the ground connection inadequate?

There was a lot of noise reduction when I turned on the overdrive in front of it.
So I put a buffer in it and get a good result. But it still remains.


Can you find out what the cause is? Give me advise please!

It seems to be a ground loop noise 

Maybe using an isolated power supply
It have a filter cap in from V+ to ground?
