Enclosure drilling sizes

I want to get some pre-drilled enclosures from Mammoth but I don't know what size holes to request. I have always drilled close to size and then hand reamed with a tapered reamer until the parts fit. Does anybody know what the standard hole sizes should be? Here's the template with my guesses as to the sizes.

Parts from left to right are:
Small un-switched DC jack w/2 pins from Small Bear
3x 16mm Alpha pots, pretty standard kind from Small Bear and Tayda
one metal bezel from Tayda for a 3mm LED
Two Switchcraft open frame jacks from Small Bear
one normal ole blue 3PDT from BLMS or Small Bear

Toggle Sw 1/4"
Pot 9/32"
Stomp.  1/2"or 15/32 is better
DC 1/2"
Jack 3/8

if you photoshop/gimp-guy, try this from Cody SelfDestroyerhttp://music.codydeschenes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Default-Enclosure-Template-Shared.psd
or use madbean eagle lib to double check, look at enclosure section

I've seen different sizes depending on manufacturer. Best bet is to measure, make it easy on yourself and use a drill gauge:

I actually, took the time recently to write down the sizes of drills for different builds... not all pots/jacks are the same... It got too complicated.
I used to really be with it!  That is, until they changed what "it" is.  Now, I can't find it.  And, I'm scared!  --  Homer Simpson's dad

I drag my components over to the drillpress with me and then use a step bit.   Works every time.   Though I don't catalogue what was what..

A caliper is my friend.

Thats what I've been doing too. But I drill a size smaller and then hand ream to fit, the fit is more snug and makes me feel good about my build.
I have to order 10 boxes and I'm responsible for getting everything right, no refunds. I'm not sure if I can trust the data found on the web, for example did you all know that the switched DC jack size has changed? I mean the 2.1mm outside mounted w/nut on the inside. I have old ones and new ones from both Small Bear and Tayda. The old ones are 1/2" and the newer ones (over 1 yr old) are 15/32" exactly like the 3pdt stompers.

I have a hole gauge but it's nothing like yours Russ, in fact mine is pretty useless. I tried with my calipers but I guess I was off by a little bit, that's what I thought I'd ask. Mammoth won't just tell me what they recommend for a perfect fit, seems like they would know but I guess they just don't want to take any responsibility in the matter.

It's really not that big a deal, worst case I just hand ream the first 10 builds and correct for the next (if there are any more)
Thanks guys!

I think it just varies between manufacturers.  Probably SAE vs. metric too.  I have an older (~5 yrs) one that is closer to 15/32", and a brand new one from Small Bear that needed a full 1/2" hole.

I really like using the hand reamer, it's so easy and fast on this soft diecast boxes, and like you said you can get a perfect fit for every component.  Though I guess if I was paying for pre-drilling I would want it correct right out of the box.

I find the ones with the nut inside the enclosure are 31/64", and the ones with the nut outside to be 1/2"

You could still order them undersized and hand ream to perfection.
