Digitech Screamin' Blues - True Bypass Layout- effect just fades out?!

Hey team,

I have just built a vero layout of the Digitech Screamin' Blues OD/distortion. The layout I created myself with reference with the Boss BD-2 layout by lvlark over at tagboard effects, very similar except the Screamin' Blues has low and high eq rather than just the tone knob like the BD-2. The layout looks good to me. What happens though is when you power it up there is a bit of crackle and the effect is there for about 2 seconds before fizzling out to a very light buzz (all settings maxxed).
Does anyone have a simple answer for this event? I'm not able to figure it out myself. I can post the current layout if that helps. I was hoping to verify it as working before I put it out there. Seems like a simple fix just out of my grasp.

At a first glance (till layout post..) it seems to me like a big electolytic set in series (instead of in parallel) with PS..

Yeah that's the only thing I could come up with in my mind too but I'm sure I haven't done that... anyway here's the layout!
