GGG Silicon Fuzz problem

So built I built a GGG SiliconFuzz and it sounds great but for some reason, when I turn my guitar volume all the way up, the sound gets really muffled like and sounds like the input if the pedal is getting choked or something.

any idea what the problem could be?

No hard feelings but shouldn't be more convenient to post a picture of what you refer on than each one thread contributor tries to find/guess it..??
