True bypass looper not working

Hello!

I just put this schematic together a bit hastily:


I'm having some trouble and hopefully, I'm just being really stupid...
Does it even work with DPDT and no power? Or do I need to use a 3PDT with a power source and stuff (I don't need the LED)?

The effect works in bypass from in to out. When I press the DPDT it doesn't return to the output.
I get the signal going out from the send. I've checked all the connections and can't find anything weird (according to me).

That should work fine.

Do you have pictures to show us what you built.

Double check that you have the right lugs on the jacks?

Maby I should add that I have had the input cable on both lugs, and I have tried without the ground from the DPDT aswell.

Have you got a continuity tester.
I notice you're using solid core wire.
I could be a break in a wire. The solder looks blobby. Maybe the jack lugs are shorting against each other.
Check the simple stuff first before reaching for the iron.
Let me go look again.

Yes I have checked all the connections and the "beeb" goes from input to output i bypass and it goes through the send/return to output when I switch it.

Looks like you have your sleeve ground going to the switch.
At no point in the beavis diagram does gnd go to the switch.
Double check all your wiring mate.

Yeah, I took that from another schematic at tagboardeffects (the ground from the switch), so I have tried without it too.
But I guess ill just rework it, not that much soldering to redo Thanks for your help!

Your working from two references. The beavis audio diagram (not a schematic) and a tagboard presumably a vero thing and mixing them up.
I'm not surprised it doesn't work.
Wouldn't it be easier to just work from the one diagram.
We can sort this out it looks like you have the skills.
Just need to rewire some.
