Klone centaure(Aion Refractor) power supply

Hello, i just finish my klon centaur clone from aion with the new 125b design.
I have a problem, when i connect the 9v battery, the pedal work fine, when i connect the power supply the pedal don't work.
The voltage on the Dc power jack without the circuit are 9,9v, but the voltage when i connect the circuit down to around 1,2v.
Can someone help me to find an issue please?

Re-check your power jack wiring. Post picture for other eyes to study. Be sure your power supply isn't sick.

Hello, thank you, i had checked the power jack wiring and i make a cold solder , now it's good the pedal work but i have a big hiss noise on it, i have the same hiss with the TS9(Aion stratus 125b), when i run with battery, no hiss.  Any noise problem with the rangmaster(aion Radian) and the Deep blue delay (aion Vector)  with the same power supply. I think the power supply i used are not good quality.
I will try with a boss power supply tomorrow and i'll let you know.
