Remote switched relay bypass

Hi. Does anyone know if I can power this circuit with 5V instead of 12V without change values on the caps and resistors?
I have a 5V 4PDT relay I wanna use. Its for a stereo ab box with LED.

Yes.  AFAIK, the circuit drawn (which IS 20 years old, or so) just assumes use of a 12V relay.  You may have to adjust the value of R3 to get the LED bright enough for your liking.

Hi.

I just built the circuit using Omron G5V-2 5DC. DPDT Non-Latching Relay.

The relay turns on but there is one thing that confuses me. Im using a 78L05 voltage regulator to get 5V for the circuit. I have 5V after the regulator but I only have 3V over the relay coil when energized. Is this normal or is there something wrong? My bench power supply is 9V 100mA.
