With so many cheap 6j1 tubes about at the moment, what does anybody think about making a valvecaster using two 6j1s strapped as triodes.  Do you think it would work?

I can't seem to find a datasheet for the 6J1 in English, but don't see why it's not worth trying. If you have a couple lying around I say go for it :)
