Curious if anyone has built the Swedish chainsaw cubed.... I'm in the process of compiling a purchase list but I'm unsure of some of the component values. Any help putting together a purchase list via digikey or some other supplier would be greatly appreciated
Here's some links to the pedal:

Which values are you unsure about? Looks like they're all listed in the google doc in that oshpark link.

Voltage for capacitors being the primary concern...

> Voltage for capacitors

Is this powered by 9V?

Then it is unlikely any cap needs over a 9V rating. Some of those values won't be available even that low; you may end up with 50V parts just because lower is not cheaper or smaller so they don't bother to make them. Since "9V" is sometimes imprecise, I would pick 12V at least and have no problem with 25V unless it was a physical-fit or budget buster.

Since this SCC copies another Famous Pedal, you could look/see what that uses.

Where the "9V" comes in they use a 16V part. (But where it makes "4.5V" is a 6.3V part, which will stress if "9V" happens to be 13V.) Elsewhere parts with 4V stress have 50V ratings, because not worth finding anything weaker.

You sent links to a shopping cart.

1) The links need a log-in I don't have

2) I'm not inclined to vet parts-lists for others; I have my own lists to keep me busy.

Post the text of the lists here. Others may spot "goofs".

I strongly encourage you to use Small Bear or other pedal-specific parts stores. DigiKey has *way* too many parts, many of them more suited to cellphones or laser-cannons than to pedals.

It's the film caps that are giving me the most difficulty... Ceramic...  Box... I don't know what the option is...

Panasonic electrolytics are decent parts, and 50V rating is fine, so those look ok.

The 4558 op-amp and socket seem ok too - both 8DIP, which is what we're expecting. Ask me how many times I've ordered something in 8-pin SOIC or MSOP instead of what I wanted. Actually, no don't, 'cos I won't admit it. :-[

For the film caps, I agree with PRR - easier to start somewhere like Small Bear or Das Musikding or Tayda or somewhere, even if all you do is use their catalog to work out what part ranges are typical and suitable for pedals. Everyone has their favourites, depending on budget and application.

helpful to no-one, but I'd just like to point out that your IC sockets cost more than your IC's.
I feel sick.
