Help me identify a diode

Hey there,
I could use a little help identifying and search for a stock of this diode.
I had found them among the parts that came with my cabinet, put them in a circuit as hard clipping diodes and they sound amazing.

There are some letters and numbers on it. First line says 020 and the sign I don't know in front of it (looks a bit like a moose to me  ;D  guess that's the company) Does anybody know this sign? Maybe some chinese, japanese company?
The second line says 13Z6F and on the back 3.9 VT. Guess it's a 3.9V Zener Diode . But all I could find online were some equivalents to this diode. For forward bias my multimeter says 0.55V, the other one 0.7V.
Anyone knows a supplier where I can get those old kind of stuff? It isn't as easy as just take another random zener with the same Vf, is it?

Hey, thanks for your answer. But isn't this also just a equivalent one? And is there generally a difference between the newer and the metal can ones? The Vf also doesn't seem to match.

I wonder how much that difference is responsible for the sonic results you're hearing.  Slightly asymmetric clipping.  I wonder if any two Si diodes with a similar Vf mismatch will sound about the same.

American? Euro? I have some like that with the crimped lead, never used them or tested them yet.

The pretty big range in Vf also lets me think I have created some asymmetrical clipping here. Maybe I will search for some with those values and try it.

Also found out what company made these. Someone told me that's the logo of Sescosem. Now known as STMicroelectronics.

Euro. Are those 13Z6Fs?
