Thank you very much for replying. Im looking for something with leakage higher that 300ua. and high HFE. Im going to build a couple of Maestro Fuzztones and i read thats what i needed. Can i pay via Paypal and have them shipped? Please send me PM with the models that you have

No problem! I though and did the same before... Until i reached the Maestro Fuzztone Schematics and all the data on the web indicate you need high leakage transistors for those old fuzz boxes.. I have tried with both low and high leakage and its the best way to get that vintage sound

Several of the Classic plans don't explicitly bias the transistors. The pedal makers were buying the cheapest junk parts and many of these would "self-bias" on their own leakage.

And the ones that don't are often biased for leaky types.
