Ibanez AD-80 Analog delay switching problem

I'm trying to "remove" gap between clean and effect when I'm turning on mine Ibanez AD-80 delay. It's an old pedal and I thought replacing all electrolytics would solve problem but there's no results. Should I replace FETs (Q106, Q107, Q108) for more common 2SK30? Any suggestions? Thank you!!!
