BBE Tremor and Voodoo Lab Tremolo; can the Speed get lower?

I have a BOSS PN-2 tremolo/pan pedal and the Behringer TP300 tremolo/pan pedal. The tremolo Speed on both can be slow when on "zero" for my use.

The BBE Tremor and the Voodoo lab Tremolo pedal have too much action at zero. I want zero to be zero on these two pedals.

Anyone mod either of these pedals to get a slower speed than is already there?
