I was curious if anyone knew of any alternative or solution that could point in the right direction that would allow for me to switch the effects loop between two amps as well as input. Better explanation is I have two amps. One with a killer clean tone and slight od and another that is super high gain. I would like to switch between the amps as I see fit and have my pedal chain switch between the two amps accordingly. So option A Amp one with effect chain in amp 1s effect loop and Option B Amp 2 with effects chain in Apm 2s FX loop

I built your example and have tested one side successfully.  What I did was isolate the jack grounds from the box.  The ground for the effects will switch to the amplifier jack grounds. Mainly to keep the amps from sharing a ground.  I still need to check it full up.

I agree with you quite a bit as I see you are on the right track in isolating the ground wires of the jacks and switching them to avoid ground loops between the amp and the effects. If you need to do a full check, just make sure all the connections are secure and there are no unintended ground connections between the effects and the amp. Also after everything is wired up do a full check for noise or hum, as this can be a good indicator if the ground isolation is not completely effective.
