Cave Dweller II "Dub Edition" delay Mix knob

Hi there,
I made this delay on a breadboard https://imgur.com/a/F6WRKr7
I was wondering how can I add the mix knob like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46kGWQA-4OQ

In the schematic there is only a place marked 'Mix' at the connection with lug 2 of the "DWELL" knob.
How to add a mix knob ?

btw - how much is influential the exact values of the components? For example I replaced bc 550 with 2n2904 and all the 22nf with 20nf and the 750k with 710k and some other values I didn't had the exact ones so I put the closest I could find/made with parallel/series configurations .

The explanation is kind-of in the original build doc which you can find here: https://madbeanpedals.com/projects/archives/index.html. The mix pot is connected between the 'MIX" connection on the schematic and ground.

So if I got it right  lug one of the mix knob to ground, lug 2 & 3 are wire together and connected to the "Mix" point in the schematic.
Am I right ?

So I made it on vero-board using this http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2014/04/madbean-cave-dweller-ii-dub-edition.html layout and it works great!

I was wandering what are my option in order to add cv control to the Time (pin 6)

Can I use the Mod Depth and Mode Rate from the echo-base delay(https://imgur.com/a/CAQexPF) and "place" it also into pin 6 ? will it work that way ?
