Where to get special wah/treadle enclosures?

Hi all.

I'm looking for a source to get an enclosure (or three) like the attached photo of a fuzz I built into a scavenged treadle pedal some 23 years ago. It's basically a standard Crybaby style enclosure, with an overhang on the front where you can put a footswitch. I know, it's a rare beast, but I thought I'd ask.

This one is plastic, by the way.

Sewing machines used a treadle with a rheostat in it to control motor speed.  The pedal is usually spring-loaded and does not extend much behind the pivot axis, but these things are out there.
