Where to find slide switches that can take knobs?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to design a pedal for myself which uses a 1P5T slide switch. I'm looking for a switch similar to this, one which can take fader knobs;


However, no matter how hard I look all I've been able to find are switches like these;


Am I looking for something that just isn't that common? Does anybody know where I can find switches like these?

They are uncommon non-general items. The Japanese brands in the 70's seemed to delight in having them made just for them. Most of us would settle for rotary switches.
There are some 2P5T on Alibaba... but with ordinary plastic lever - you might be able to attach a fader knob onto it.
BUT, the minimum order is usually something like 100 pieces!

It's a shame, those would be nice. I can't find them in any switch configuration.
