12VDC power supply recommendations

Looking for a good and well regulated 12VDC wall wart. Not interested in a multi-tap power supply. Just a single wall wart that will supply clean DC (or as clean as possible)

Pricing is a concern but doesn't have to be dirt cheap.

Left side is from a Fender Mustang Floor multieffect, now discontinued.  Right side is from a Westell router. Netgear and other routers also use 12VDC at 1 or 1.5A, and this one is tightly regulated.   Both of these are center positive but you can fix that if needed.

If you are in the US, try Jameco...  Can buy from them through Amazon as well.
I build.  I fix.  I fix again.  And again.  And yet again.  (sometimes again once more).  Then I have something that works! (Most of the time!).
