Hey, would appreciate any help. This is my first pedal build and not sure what I'm doing.

It was all pretty smooth until I realized I confused the sleeve and the tip of the jacks. I swapped them around so it was wired correctly but when I plug the pedal in there's a steady, repetitive clicking and the LED blinks in time with the sound. On or off, you hear the sound and you don't hear any guitar signal at all.  Will attach pictures below.

My apologies for the sloppy work

Welcome!

Where is the "PGND" (power ground) hole at the top of the PCB wired? It should be tied to the common ground = power ground.

Are holes 1.1 and 1.3 at the bottom of the PCB tied to their corresponding 1.1 and 1.3 holes on the foot switch miniboard?  Looks like you have them tied together at the foot switch but it's hard to tell.

Welcome.

The zener diode at the top is the wrong way round.  This is shorting the power rails.  You power supply sounds like it's intelligent enough to shut itself down.  The clicking and intermittent LED is because it periodically retries in case the fault condition has passed.

Ohm's Law - much like Coles Law, but with less cabbage...

Thanks! That was it! Swapped that diode out and it's working like a charm. So pumped to play around with this pedal and start my next build.
