Hello folks, salvaged an old Philips tube TV from late 70s the other day and found some interesting stuff there. Some nice old caps, mkt,mkp and styrenes, transistors, coils, carbon comp resistors etc.
Also found those resistors, bigger than carbon comps, like 2w or bigger. 10K +-5%.
They seem like wirewound, carbon maybe? They measure fine.

What those could be guys?

Look like metal oxide.
yeap they could be
i have a heap of old philips stuff i got as heritage form a great uncle who passed away a year or two ago.
i looked for similar looking ones and they were in a box marked 'metaaloxide weerstandjes' which translates roughly into 'small metal oxide resistors' the others looked kinda similar but with other colours. im not shure if the box's markings are accurate, since there were capacitors in a box marked 'vacuum diodes'

cheers, Iain
friendly reminder: all holes are positive and have negative weight, despite not being there.

Dun worry. If it look mojo, it mojo. If looking modern-ish, not mojo.

Those resistors look halfway between mojo-non mojo...
