I do not quite understand what you mean about mixing J113, the problem is in the wide spread of VGSoff and it is necessary to select transistors (or just use a trimpot)? Or is the problem in a wide range of parameters and we have a big difference in gain from transistor to transistor? Some transistors have a low gain, some are large?
Are the LND150s so consistent that I don't need to pick them up and change the drain resistor value? I understand correctly that the drain resistor will work in a wide range of values, like in BJT, and not in a narrow one, like in Jfet?
