I have not, but the first one appears to be plastic from the photos. I could be wrong, as I didn't translate the page to English. The second looks like the traditional casting that CryBaby has been using forever.

I've used the second (metal) one a few times. They're cheap, and I don't mean just in a monetary sense. Of course better than plastic, but tolerances and parts enclosed is really dependent on the day of the week that it came off the production line. If you get a Wednesday unit, the fit, finish, and attached hardware MIGHT be correct. For Monday or Friday units, well.... yous gets whats yous paids for.

You can get used Crybabys all day long on reverb for $30 or less. To me it makes no sense to buy a new shell for $20-$30 when you can get a working pedal to mod for the same or less.
