Well, in my country we went into quarantine and I wanted to take the opportunity to build a vibrato with tap tempo, all good but when I connect the mn3102 to the mn3207 in the way shown in image 1, it only gives me noise at the output, but When I connect it in the way of image 2, I have vibrato sound but with a lot of noise, does anyone have any idea what it could be? or where it fails?
--I was wrong in the polarity of the 1uf capacitor but it was only when drawing it, in the breadboard if it is well polarized

The clock circuit is incomplete in both drawings. You need to fix it to set the frequency.
VGG is not connected in the 2nd one.
Refer to the datasheet.

Not sure what the second picture is all about.  Were you randomly connecting things till you got a sound?

First picture looks like the bottom right corner of this ...

The other parts connected to that capacitor in above link (e.g. D1,D2,Q5, etc) are just as much a part of the VCO as the 3102 and its not clear you have any of those there.

(Page 5, the last one)
yes, obviously check the datasheet to see if I had made the correct connection but despite doing that it didn't work as I wanted, that's why my question

Excuse me for not putting, the schematic I am making is of the VB-2, there I leave the schematic.

When replicating a circuit, it's best to replicate the circuit.

I did the part of the bbd clock as is and it did not work and when I tried and did the circuit 2 of the publication, it worked but not as expected

If you're sending the input signal into VGG (pin 4 of the MN3207), you'll get some strange findings. In this case, it's a step in the wrong direction.

You need to complete the circuit. If you'd like to verify the functionality of your devices I can draw up a very simple circuit for you to try. It would also give you an idea for the bare minimum circuit to have a functional BBD delay.
