Xicon Alternative for Resistors?

Hey guys. Anyone have a recommended alternative to Xicon for quality, bulk resistors? I'm restocking and Mouser has increased the minimum quantity to 1,000 for some of the common values. Even the 200 minimum on the other values is pushing it for me. Quantities of 50 or maybe 100 per value would be ideal, and I'm ordering about 50 different values.

I've heard the Royal Ohm resistors from Tayda have improved in quality lately?

If this has been covered elsewhere, apologies, please link it. I did a search and didn't find anything.

it really depends on who you are building for. is it for yourself, just get cheap bulk, its not like resistors actually make a sonic difference. if you build for cheap on ebay, get the cheap resistors, if you sell for good prices, get more luxurious/expensive good resistors for ''apparent quality'' points, like golden jack plugs, it doesn't change quality, but it shows that thought and energy was put in to the product.

cheers.

EDIT: sorry totally missed the point, those Royal Ohm resistors are good value for money.
friendly reminder: all holes are positive and have negative weight, despite not being there.

cheers

I switched all my Mouser parts lists to use the Yageo MFR-25 series once Xicons started requiring the minimum. They're basically the same. KOA Speer is another good one, although the leads are even thicker than Xicon so they're not as quick to work with.

I'll second Yageo and KOA Speer. I've been buying both since Xicon raised their MOQ and the quality is just as good. Not much more expensive than the Xicons either, although they're definitely not as cheap as Tayda.

Thanks very much guys, super helpful. Appreciate it. Those prices are totally workable at the quantities I'm looking for.

Honestly, I have never had an issue with a resistor once measured and soldered into a circuit.  Even the cheapo eBay ones.  I buy the TAYDA ones all the time.  Even used them in industrial applications in hot mechanical rooms.  No issues.
