If I were to tone shape this schematic, what parts should I focus on swapping out? And what could serve as a guideline for swapping out components (ex. Larger capacitor value = more bass). I would like to make this build to sound much like a Skreddy Zero. Thanks everyone.

find the big muff pi circuit diagram. post it here, in thread, so we can all refer to it. the tone section is universal, to a great extent, we can just point to parts if we can see the circuit.

Pedal design like Muff is a matter of taste.
1) Input and output buffer, I would try adding them like Ibanez did
2) Reduce the capacitance between the cascades, as in the Russian muff, 100nF or even 47nF, this will reduce the low frequencies and make the sound more transparent, I like 100nF more than 1uF
3) A bright capacitor in the gain control, as in amplifiers, reducing the gain the sound will become more transparent
4) remove the capacitors in the feedback, as in the Tone wicker circuit
5) Emitter resistors 330-390 ohms, instead of 100 ohms, this will reduce the gain
6) Collector resistors for more than 10 kOhm
7) Low HFE transistors like 2N2222, or replace them with MOSFet, which will give a completely different sound
Adjust the average adjustment so that you can have 3 modes, cut, boost and flat

But really, there is no substitute for breadboarding the thing and subbing values, unless it is to make a special purpose breadboard, i.e. a circuit board in which every possible part that can be changed is socketed (your own or any RTS muff board would do)--which, let's face it, on a Muff is nearly everything.

changing the filter to a filtering mixer is a great trick especially for bass use, but mated with other mods migh cause it to oscillate/resonate on higher settings

Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly does this mod allow that the stock tone control doesn't?

add in clean-ish signal to the distorted signal.

look at a filter as something that adds silence instead of it taking out parts of the sound, and instead of silence we feed some clean-ish signal to the tone stack.
if you have it on full bass, it adds clean treble and if you have it on full treble, it adds clean bass. it also adds clean mids.
the amount of clean vs silence you add to the signal is determined by the 10k pot i added.

a little warning, there might be some resonance/oscillations when other mods are added as well. your mileage may vary
