Loop Switcher Build - Which enclosure would fit?

I'm building a loop switcher. I drew up a schematic. I think this should work, feel welcome to point out any flaws (in the circuit, not my crappy schematic drawing )


Now, I don't have much experience going completely from scratch and I'm not sure about the smallest enclosure I could fit this in (comfortably).

I expect it to use 6 mono jacks, a 3pdt, 3 leds and a dc jack. I have my eye on a 1590G (4" x 2") but am worried that might be a tad too small?

in the past i have build loop switchers like that, they all had one big flaw in common, ground loops! those generate hum and hiss in the signal. the way i remedied that was to use plastic jacks and not connect the grounds of the return jacks. the ground doesn't make a loop that way and thus doesn't pick up hiss an hum.

the rest of your schematic looks fine.

as for the box, idk if the 1590G even fits the jacks and switch, let alone the wires, id go with a tad bigger maybe 75mm x 150mm or so. (that's 9 x 18 barleycorns for you Americans)

Many key people here are Canadian. True, some deny they are old enough to remember Queen Victoria's reference foot. (The original foot was not a royal foot, but the average foot of the first 16 men to come out of church.) Others are Dutch, German, or Texans. Use whatever units seem right for the job.
