Hi all

I have tried to make a CE-2 clone using the tonepad pcb following the document here http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=53
Unfortunately it is not chorusing, just clean signal through both off and on. The trimpot does not seem to have any effect.
I have taken some figures here

I would be very grateful for any help figuring out what is wrong

Yazoo

Do you have another MN3007 you could substitute to see if that is the problem. There are a lot of fakes on sale. I have been caught out a couple of times with this chip.

I do have another, having tried it I have the same result. I did get both from the same supplier at the same time though, so if one is bad perhaps both are.

Sorry to drag this back up, I just wanted to record for posterity that the MN3007 chip was the issue and a replacement I got from a different shop has the effect working like a charm, in case anyone is having similar issues to mine and finds this thread.

Thanks Yazoo for your advice - it was very helpful
